Terms of Service

By creating a TrendWithAI account or paying for a subscription you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TrendWithAI provides AI-generated content for YouTube creators — scripts, video ideas, thumbnail prompts, trend analysis, text-to-speech and related tools. Outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before using it publicly.

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Paid plans (Creator Pro and Creator+) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled from the Billing Portal in your Settings. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Some features connect to YouTube (via Google OAuth), ElevenLabs and OpenAI. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. TrendWithAI is not responsible for third-party API outages, quota changes, or content policies.

You may not use TrendWithAI to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates real people without consent. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.

You own the outputs you generate through the service and can use them commercially. TrendWithAI retains ownership of the underlying software, prompts, and infrastructure.

AI outputs are best-effort assistance — not professional advice, legal counsel, financial guidance or factual guarantees. Always verify facts, statistics, and claims before publishing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion permanently removes your data.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendWithAI's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
