Your data, in plain English
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
We built TrendWithAI to help creators work smarter, not to collect a dossier on them. We collect the information needed to run your account and the tools you choose to use. We do not sell your personal information or use it to build an advertising profile.
1. What we collect
When you use TrendWithAI, we may collect the following information:
- Account details: your name, email address, profile image, and password credentials. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords.
- Google and YouTube data: if you connect your Google account, we may receive your basic profile information, channel data, video metadata, analytics, and connected account identifiers needed to power insights in the dashboard.
- Creator content: scripts, video briefs, channel ideas, marketing copy, prompt inputs, notes, goals, saved reports, and other content you create or upload in the app.
- Usage data: which features you use, how often you use them, timestamps, error logs, and account activity for service reliability, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
- Billing data: Stripe handles payment processing. We may receive subscription status, plan information, and customer IDs, but we do not store your full card details.
We collect only the information needed to provide the features you request and to keep the service safe and working properly.
2. How we use your data
- To create and maintain your account, sign you in, and keep your access secure.
- To generate AI-powered content, growth recommendations, and channel insights based on the data you choose to connect or provide.
- To display analytics and saved creator work in your dashboard.
- To process subscriptions, manage plans, and support account-related requests.
- To detect abuse, improve reliability, and maintain the performance of our service.
3. How we share data
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the product, including:
- Google / YouTube to authenticate you and access connected channel data when you choose to connect them.
- OpenAI to process prompts and generate AI responses when you use AI features.
- Stripe to manage payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare and MongoDB to host the app, store data, and support delivery.
- Other voice or data providers when you use the text-to-speech or voice features.
Your prompts are sent to the relevant AI provider only so the product can generate the output you requested. We do not use your connected YouTube account to post, edit, or delete your content without your action.
